Wendy plays an important role in delivering successful projects. As a Project Coordinator responsible for shipping and receiving, she ensures that project teams have the right equipment in the right place in the right condition when they need it. Wendy's background in retail enables her to understand and implement best practices in shipping, checking and handling equipment. She also understands the requirements and time pressures facing project teams on site so she ensures that any risks to delay are minimized. Wendy is well organized and follows proven procedures to keep track of all equipment coming in and out for different projects so that distribution goes smoothly.

Project Coordinator

Sanjit has worked on some of Electrosonic's most important international projects in the museum, energy and corporate spaces sectors. Her background is in property and interior design where she developed skills in project management and integrating audiovisual with architecture. Sanjit has extensive experience in procurement and project support and highly developed skills in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Sanjit is a great team player who brings a unique perspective to her projects. Because of her procurement background she has maintained great relationships with a wide circle of suppliers who have helped provide solutions throughout project delivery. This has helped meet pressurised timescales.

Strategic Partner Manager

Erika is Electrosonic's link with our strategic partners throughout their design process and projects. When partners need technological information or expertise to reach their goals, Erika acts as an expert professional resource by collaborating with them. She adds value by bringing partners of various disciplines together or empowering them to consider appropriate technologies by working as part of their project team. Erika believes in the importance of integrating space and technology to create a seamless, memorable experience. So, she harnesses her background in architecture to develop concepts with architects or collaborate with project managers to determine how technology will support the meaning and behavior of a space.

Fernando Chavez, Jr.

Senior Design Consultant, ICT

Fernando brings more than 10 years’ professional experience in drafting low voltage systems for telecommunications and other infrastructure applications. He is a key member of the design team and has developed vast experience in designing the ICT infrastructure for large casinos and hospitality projects. Fernando uses his leadership and people skills to serve as a team design lead for various technology systems and infrastructure platforms. His overall aim is to ensure that the design for the building fits the needs of the client and the project. He also draws on his detailed understanding of structured cabling systems design developed in the telecommunications business to oversee drawings when needed.

Denise Epps

Finance Assistant

Denise is an experienced Finance Assistant who has worked in accounting roles for more than 30 years. She has taken responsibility for all aspects of finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase ledger and invoice control. Denise also has management experience, taking charge of a team of six accounting staff in an earlier position. In her current role, Denise is responsible for checking and processing staff expenses, importing weekly timesheets, raising invoices for the service department, checking the general ledger posting to make sure the postings are correct and making any adjustments where necessary. She is also the purchase ledger assistant processing all invoices and arranging for the payment runs twice a month.

Ben Alwag

Senior Design Consultant

Ben has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 10 years. He gained hands-on field experience as a Service Technician and used that in his Design Consulting career. Ben leads high-profile design projects from museums and theme parks to sports venues and conference centers. He is responsible for the development of concept, schematic, design development, construction documents and system specifications for projects in collaboration with the Design Consulting team. Ben believes that his passion for technology helps drive the designs he works on. His attention to detail and ability to communicate with others has been helpful in creating great solutions and building strong relationship with clients.

Tina Kirby

Service Helpdesk Manager

Tina has a great deal of experience in customer service and support. She originally worked in the healthcare sector as a Customer Services Manager and Customer Liaison Manager. Tina is currently responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and leadership of the Service Helpdesk team. She administers and oversees 100 percent of the service desk administration and case management, including call support, scheduling Field Engineers and Flexible Support Technicians, onsite service requests, preventative maintenance, quotations and workshop repairs. Tina is a good listener and will always do her best to help and support our clients and colleagues. She understands that what might be a small issue to us may be a major headache for them.

Mave brings more than 20 years' professional drafting experience across multiple technology disciplines. She has helped create great experiences for themed attractions, museums, control rooms and conference rooms. Her aim is to create a lasting enjoyable experience with end users and clients in mind. Mave enjoys creating drawings that explain a story or picture of what people will experience. She feels that is one of the better ways to share the form a vision will take. She takes the time to learn, collaborate and support her team in any way she can so they can provide options to create cost-effective project outcomes that realize the original vision.

Saad Syed

Director of Operations - West

Saad brings more than 12 years’ senior project management experience to his role as Regional Operations Manager. He has taken lead roles in projects for leading technology companies such as Google and Facebook and has provided high-level consultancy and operational support for collaboration technology projects. Saad’s key objective is to ensure operations within Electrosonic are running efficiently and effectively. In addition to providing objective decisions on project work, a big part of his job is to ensure his teams are equipped with the tools and processes they need to succeed. Saad believes that, for relationships to be strong, transparency and honesty with our clients but more importantly between himself and his team are absolutely key for successful delivery.

Atina has more than 5 years’ experience in BIM design and has worked on iconic projects for theme parks, corporate spaces and experiential spaces. Atina loves combining her passion for design with technical skills. With a degree in Architecture, she started her journey in Architecture with a passion to design spaces. This led her to inquire about creating spaces that led people through a journey which led her to the world of themed entertainment. She then transitioned into the audiovisual industry. Atina cares about the project and the moments that can be created within a space. She also values the quality of her work and the work she is able to accomplish with her team.

Kathryn works in collaboration with one or more Project Managers coordinating various aspects of audiovisual projects, functioning as a logistical and administrative resource for Project Managers during engineering, fabrication, installation, programming, commissioning and turnover phases of diverse projects. She has wide-ranging experience in audio production, film and video production and design and installation. Kathryn's experience and knowledge in the areas of audiovisual production give her a good foundation to be effective in her role as Project Coordinator. She has pursued CTS certification and other learning opportunities to update and expand her knowledge. Kathryn sees this as an ongoing pursuit to stay knowledgeable in this ever-changing industry.

Director of Technology Solutions

Ryan focuses on the technology behind the solutions we provide. He works within our Innovation Garage framework to evaluate new service offerings and develops resources that empower our teams to deliver a portfolio of advanced services. Ryan enjoys taking complex problems and fixing them with simple solutions. He is a trusted advisor who can provide insight into leveraging technology in new ways. In his 15+ years' experience, Ryan has had the opportunity to serve in various roles, including Field Technician, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Designer, Solutions Architect and Technology Director. That breadth of experience allows him to empathize with multiple personas and build consensus around a solution.

Joey Jimenez

Design Engineer I

Joey has worked in audiovisual and themed entertainment for more than 8 years with extensive engineering experience at Walt Disney Imagineering in the United States and the Far East. He has progressively developed his skills and worked his way up to commissioning and full design, engineering and implementation of audiovisual systems. In his current role, Joey is responsible for engineering and documentation of audiovisual systems. He participates in client meetings to understand deliverable requirements and coordinates with clients to guide them through their audiovisual technology needs. Joey has great attention to detail and a desire to deliver a high-quality audiovisual solution to his clients while concentrating on quality, schedule and budget.

Vicki is an experienced, creative marketing professional and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is responsible for collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer, setting marketing strategy and driving the execution for campaigns in corporate enterprise, financial services, energy and utilities, transportation and retail. Vicki develops campaigns to find new customers, enhance existing customer relationships with account-based marketing tactics and create demand in conjunction with digital marketing, demand center and field sales organizations. Rodolfo has joined Electrosonic as a Starter Engineer. He brings extensive experience of audio engineering and practical work experience of audiovisual in the leisure industry through experience at Seaworld Parks and Entertainment. Rodolfo does the work that he does because he loves creating experiences that people will remember forever. Rodolfo is detail-oriented - he pays attention to the little things. He has long experience in audio which makes him an asset and supports his role by giving him an understanding of the signal flow and how everything is connected together. Rodolfo always puts the client’s needs above all. He adjusts his work style so that it fits what the client is looking for.

Sue Hodkin

Assistant Purchasing Manager

Sue has spent more than 15 years in her purchasing role at Electrosonic, although she only joined originally to provide part-time assistance in the Service Department. She quickly learned internal system of Navision and introduced herself to many new vendors as well as those we already worked with. As the department grew, Sue trained others within the service team. After two years, she went to help the Purchasing Manager for a couple of months as she knew Navision and all our Vendors. Since then, she has worked with the Head of Global Procurement and has been responsible for purchasing equipment for some of Electrosonic's largest and most complex global projects.

Nerijus Linauskas

Lead Developer

Nerijus has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 14 years with a proven track record on some of Electrosonic's largest and most iconic global projects. He has proven skills in system design, lean optimization and programming and is involved in the whole process from initial engagement with the client to final project handover. Nerijus takes a client-first attitude and puts a great deal of effort into understanding client needs and applying creativity and analytics to tailor innovative value-added audiovisual solutions. As well as providing teams with technical support for multiple live projects, he is also involved in optimizing Electrosonic's engineering processes, project designs and service development.

Jeremy Lee

Project Engineer

Jeremy has been involved in audio his entire life and has been doing it professionally since 1994. He has designed sound in theatres from Broadway to Bogota and from Syracuse to Singapore. After spending a decade in New York City as a designer and Broadway associate, he spent 5 years running the Sound Design program at the University of Cincinnati. Since relocating to Los Angeles, he has designed an episodic podcast for Shudder/AMC, acted as an Audiovisual Supervisor at Universal Studios Hollywood, and been a Pro Audio Systems Sales Manager. Jeremy is always learning new technology, but balancing that thirst for the new with trust in the old.

Andy Evans

Andy is an experienced business leader with international experience, a background in engineering and design, sales leadership and business management. He has worked in both large corporate organizations and small almost boutique organizations. Andy brings years of experience in the audiovisual and technology industries, working at Kinly, Cisco, Orange Business Services and other firms, primarily in leadership roles across sales and operational management. His background in team building, quality, and growth strategy is the perfect complement to our team’s best-in-class technical abilities. As Commercial Director for Europe, Andy’s role is to orchestrate the growth of Electrosonic in chosen market segments across Europe focusing heavily on the experiential and immersive spaces within both the corporate and leisure and entertainment markets.

Betzabeth is an Associate Engineer with a background in digital media management which provides a great combination for a career in the audiovisual industry. During her education, she focused on learning more about how engineering and technology can create unique experiences for audiences. Through coursework and job experience she was able to learn more about producing and integrating technology to bring a final project to an audience and she finds it fascinating how ideas can become tangible projects at the end of the day. Betzabeth’s strong drive, multitasking, fast learning and flexibility skills allow her to understand and dive into solutions to satisfy customer needs. Her ability to think outside of the box and will to bring ideas to life allow Betzabeth to work well with a group and develop new projects.

Brannon recently joined Electrosonics START program and aims to develop his skills as an Audiovisual Technician. As well as a degree in Music Production, Brannon has gained a great deal of practical experience in mixing, composition and music production. He also has extensive knowledge of the audio that would sound good in a given space or environment. Brannon is a very passionate driven individual who loves creating and making content that takes people out of their reality. He accomplishes that by mixing as well as creating music compositions and he plans to bring that same drive and commitment to his work in audiovisual.

Jessica Martinez

Project Coordinator

Jessica is a highly professional Project Coordinator with more than 17 years experience in coordinating and managing projects. She has been involved in projects across the industry spectrum, working on theme parks, immersive experiences, museums and corporate installs. Jessica is a highly motivated, experienced well-rounded individual who is accustomed to high-volume workloads and works well under pressure with time constraints. Jessicas attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once has helped her to complete projects on time and within budget. In her current role, Jessica is Project Coordinator for six Project Managers in the Orlando area, and a respected team player who is willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Elliot Nyfield

Design Engineer - Team Lead

Elliot understands the power of the Art of Engineering and aims to create systems that move people, shatter limitations and push standards every day. He offers unique insight when approaching a project and has experience in all the Engineering-specific aspects of the audiovisual systems timeline. Elliot has been a Design Engineer, Visualization Engineer, Technician, Commissioning Engineer, Programmer, Service Technician and also has management experience. Although Joyce has no formal training for the job that she does, she has evolved her skills over the years that she has worked for Electrosonic. Mark brings more than 40 years' practical experience in fabrication and installation to his role as Fabrication Engineer.
