Senior Design Consultant, ICT View Bio Finance Assistant Denise is an experienced Finance Assistant who has worked in accounting roles for more than 30 years. She has taken responsibility for all aspects of finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase ledger and invoice control. Denise also has management experience, taking charge of a team of six accounting staff in an earlier position. In her current role, Denise is responsible for checking and processing staff expenses, importing weekly timesheets, raising invoices for the service department, checking the general ledger posting to make sure the postings are correct and making any adjustments where necessary. She is also the purchase ledger assistant processing all invoices and arranging for the payment runs twice a month. Finance Assistant View Bio Senior Design Consultant Ben has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 10 years. He gained hands-on field experience as a Service Technician and used that in his Design Consulting career. Ben leads high-profile design projects from museums and theme parks to sports venues and conference centers. He is responsible for the development of concept, schematic, design development, construction documents and system specifications for projects in collaboration with the Design Consulting team. Ben believes that his passion for technology helps drive the designs he works on. His attention to detail and ability to communicate with others has been helpful in creating great solutions and building strong relationship with clients. Senior Design Consultant View Bio Service Helpdesk Manager Tina has a great deal of experience in customer service and support. She originally worked in the healthcare sector as a Customer Services Manager and Customer Liaison Manager. Tina is currently responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and leadership of the Service Helpdesk team. She administers and oversees 100 percent of the service desk administration and case management, including call support, scheduling Field Engineers and Flexible Support Technicians, onsite service requests, preventative maintenance, quotations and workshop repairs. He brings extensive experience of audio engineering and practical work experience of audiovisual in the leisure industry through experience at Seaworld Parks and Entertainment. Rodolfo does the work that he does because he loves creating experiences that people will remember forever. Rodolfo is detail-oriented - he pays attention to the little things. He has long experience in audio which makes him an asset and supports his role by giving him an understanding of the signal flow and how everything is connected together. Rodolfo always puts the client’s needs above all. He adjusts his work style so that it fits what the client is looking for. Field Fabrication Technician View Bio Assistant Purchasing Manager Sue has spent more than 15 years in her purchasing role at Electrosonic, although she only joined originally to provide part-time assistance in the Service Department. She quickly learned internal system of Navision and introduced herself to many new vendors as well as those we already worked with. As the department grew, Sue trained others within the service team. After two years, she went to help the Purchasing Manager for a couple of months as she knew Navision and all our Vendors. Since then, she has worked with the Head of Global Procurement and has been responsible for purchasing equipment for some of Electrosonic's largest and most complex global projects. Assistant Purchasing Manager View Bio Lead Developer Nerijus has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 14 years with a proven track record on some of Electrosonic's largest and most iconic global projects. He has proven skills in system design, lean optimization and programming and is involved in the whole process from initial engagement with the client to final project handover. Nerijus takes a client-first attitude and puts a great deal of effort into understanding client needs and applying creativity and analytics to tailor innovative value-added audiovisual solutions. As well as providing teams with technical support for multiple live projects, he is also involved in optimizing Electrosonic's engineering processes, project designs and service development. Lead Developer View Bio Head of Client Support & Services Theresa is responsible for communicating our value proposition and managing global service contracts through innovative customer support. Since relocating to Los Angeles, he has designed an episodic podcast for Shudder/AMC, acted as an Audiovisual Supervisor at Universal Studios Hollywood, and been a Pro Audio Systems Sales Manager. Jeremy is always learning new technology, but balancing that thirst for the new with trust in the old. Project Engineer View Bio Commercial Director, Europe Andy is an experienced business leader with international experience, a background in engineering and design, sales leadership and business management. He has worked in both large corporate organizations and small almost boutique organizations. Andy brings years of experience in the audiovisual and technology industries, working at Kinly, Cisco, Orange Business Services and other firms, primarily in leadership roles across sales and operational management. His background in team building, quality, and growth strategy is the perfect complement to our team’s best-in-class technical abilities. As Commercial Director for Europe, Andy’s role is to orchestrate the growth of Electrosonic in chosen market segments across Europe focusing heavily on the experiential and immersive spaces within both the corporate and leisure and entertainment markets. Through coursework and job experience she was able to learn more about producing and integrating technology to bring a final project to an audience and she finds it fascinating how ideas can become tangible projects at the end of the day. Betzabeth’s strong drive, multitasking, fast learning and flexibility skills allow her to understand and dive into solutions to satisfy customer needs. Her ability to think outside of the box and will to bring ideas to life allow Betzabeth to work well with a group and develop new projects. As well as a degree in Music Production, Brannon has gained a great deal of practical experience in mixing, composition and music production. He also has extensive knowledge of the audio that would sound good in a given space or environment. Brannon is a very passionate driven individual who loves creating and making content that takes people out of their reality. He accomplishes that by mixing as well as creating music compositions and he plans to bring that same drive and commitment to his work in audiovisual. Associate Engineer View Bio Project Coordinator Jessica is a highly professional Project Coordinator with more than 17 years experience in coordinating and managing projects. She has been involved in projects across the industry spectrum, working on theme parks, immersive experiences, museums and corporate installs. Jessica is a highly motivated, experienced well-rounded individual who is accustomed to high-volume workloads and works well under pressure with time constraints. Jessicas attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once has helped her to complete projects on time and within budget. He brings that practical experience to his current role as a Fabrication Technician, working on exhibits for many of Electrosonics high-profile projects. Fabrication Technician View Bio Senior Design Engineer Jim aims to develop technology solutions for museums and visitor centers that provide the greatest benefit to clients. He works closely with clients to understand and refine their requirements before developing engineered solutions. His aim is to improve clients' internal and external processes and communications while optimizing ease of use and reliability. Jim's broad experience in the whole spectrum of system engineering and project management enables him to develop seamless engineered solutions and collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to take projects to a successful close out. He aims to provide innovative technology solutions that help our clients with an engineering process focused on their workflow. Senior Design Engineer View Bio Installation Manager Ameer is a highly detail-oriented Project Engineer and is not afraid to get his hands dirty trying to figure out solutions to a problem. Ameer is an expert in most major types of video conferencing systems as well as most major audio digital signal processing systems. Design Engineer View Bio Sales Associate Patrick brings a creative approach to problem solving and a strong background in entertainment technology and software security to his role as a Sales Associate. He uses his combined skills and experience to support clients on some of Electrosonic's most iconic global projects in themed entertainment, museums and visitor centers, hospitality, corporate and technology sectors. Sales Associate View Bio On-Site Service Technician William is an experienced media professional with nearly 30 years’ experience in the industry operating, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing and upgrading various types of equipment for stage, studio, field, live events and business settings. Since 2017, he has worked for Electrosonic supporting George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate and Education Center. On-Site Service Technician View Bio On-Site Audiovisual Technician Ivan is a highly qualified Audiovisual Technician who has more than 23 years in the business. He currently works as an On-Site Audiovisual Technician at the prestigious New York Historical Society, during and after its 70 million dollar refurbishment but has also been involved in high-profile integration projects in other museums and visitor centers, including the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Throughout his career, Ivan has focused on developing his administrative and communication skills to complement his technical expertise. This enables him to communicate clearly and concisely while working with others in a professional manner. Ivan is a good team player with experience of managing large teams, but he is equally comfortable working independently. On-Site Audiovisual Technician View Bio Senior Account Manager Les is typically a customer's first point of contact at Electrosonic and it's his job to understand what keeps the client awake at night. Sarah has the drive and focus to take on challenging work and exceed expectations. Her ability to adapt quickly to different standards and styles helps Sarah work while thinking outside the box. Sarah's key responsibilities are to support Engineers working on projects while continuing to grow her skills and knowledge and to apply them to each and every project she works on. Engineer STARTer View Bio Regional Operations Director Jim has been involved in the audiovisual industry for over 30 years. He has held many different roles with audiovisual integrators, which makes it easy for him to see what and how things need to be accomplished. Jim makes sure that his team has everything that they need to be successful and do their job to the best of their abilities. Regional Operations Director View Bio Receptionist Julia is Electrosonic’s Receptionist at Dartford and has worked in that position since 1995. Julia likes to meet new people and, as she has worked for Electrosonic for many years, she knows many of the clients and suppliers personally. Julia’s role is to greet visitors to Hawley Mill, answer the switchboard and deal with the mail. She also assists the People & Culture team. Senior Account Manager View Bio Design Coordinator Jamie has extensive experience in HR, marketing, property management, construction and higher education. This wide-ranging experience enables her to provide essential administrative support to the project team and excellent customer service to the client. Jamie prepares and updates documents and forms for Design Consultants. She supports Design Consultants in day-to-day management of team activities and assists in the preparation of proposals, specifications, RFQs and SOQ. So that Design Consultants can concentrate on their client-facing tasks, Jamie supports them with coordination of meetings, material preparation and distribution of notes. She also maintains and supports the office providing assistance with billings, forecasts, funnels and rollups. Design Coordinator View Bio Marketing Director Alex is an experienced Demand Generation Manager with a demonstrated history of driving quality leads, pipeline results and revenue into the sales funnel. He has managed and executed multi-channel, persona-based demand generation campaigns that created demand for company priorities. Alex is skilled in demand creation, campaign management, web optimization, marketing automation, and database management. Programmer II View Bio Solutions Architect Rob has long practical experience in many different aspects of the audiovisual industry. After completing an electronics apprenticeship with Electrosonic, he gained engineering and project management experience working on many of the company's global projects in the museum, visitor center and theme park sectors. Rob uses his wide-ranging engineering and design experience to develop solutions that represent a realistic, practical approach to a creative challenge. He works closely with producers and exhibition designers to advise them on the most appropriate technologies for their vision, using a fusion of architecture, storytelling and technology. He also ensures that the solution will work reliably long into the future with minimal maintenance. Solutions Architect View Bio Design Engineer Dan brings more than a decade of system engineering, installation and support to his role as a Design Engineer. His responsibilities involve technical leadership on sold projects to develop all necessary specific technical information to translate project scope into finalized installation documentation. This includes Facility Impact documentation and coordination with other trades for necessary supporting elements and technologies. Dan focuses on the quality of user experience as the true measure of success in solution design and engineering. He loves being part of connecting people with information, using technology to bridge the gap between data and personal experience, whether it's a spreadsheet for a meeting or an immersive theme park ride. Design Engineer View Bio IT Systems Manager - EMEA Richard is a highly experienced IT Support Specialist whose skills are becoming increasingly important as the growing number of converged solutions require knowledge of both audiovisual and IT environments. He uses his experience and skills of many different aspects of It and audiovisual to explore new technologies to see how they could improve the user experience, as well as security and manageability. Richard has more than 12 years' experience in support roles and has used his career as an opportunity to develop new skills and provide advice on the IT requirements of converged environments. His aim is to ensure that Electrosonic's continue to operate reliably and meet clients' changing needs. IT Systems Manager - EMEA View Bio Principal Design Engineer Ed brings more than 25 years experience in the audiovisual industry to his role as Project Engineer. He has worked on many iconic projects with specific experience in museums, corporate venues and complex corporate event and conference spaces. His expertise in audio systems adds a valuable extra dimension to these projects. Ed likes to consider projects from a client's perspective. He helps them identify their real needs and then engineers a solution that meets their precise requirements. Ed is a great team player, working with designers and project managers to realize the client's vision. He is also helping to develop the next generation of audiovisual specialists in Electrosonic. Principal Design Engineer View Bio Chief Design Engineer Chris is a highly qualified engineer who has worked in the audiovisual industry for over 35 years and has gained a vast amount of practical engineering knowledge. He has worked on many of Electrosonic's most iconic projects around the world and has taken a lead in developing drawing methods, standards and procedures for the Engineering team. Chris recognizes that it is important to understand the client's expectations of both the project and the company. Knowing their methods and working practices is essential especially when commissioning similar systems across several sites. Chris prides himself on attention to detail and consistency across all projects and is continually looking for ways to improve working methods and documentation. Chief Design Engineer View Bio Senior Programmer Martin is a highly experienced Programmer who combines a background in electronic engineering with expertise in the majority of leading programming systems. He has been involved in programming audiovisual, interactive and control systems for museums, conference rooms, meeting and training rooms and visitor centers. He has also programmed complex mission-critical systems for emergency control centers. Martin takes a consultative approach to programming, tailoring the solution to the client's specific needs. He also uses his engineering background to support service teams with essential engineering and programming skills. He continues to develop his skills with certification in leading programming technologies and also programs as a hobby to gain experience in networking and communications technologies. Senior Programmer View Bio Regional Service Technician Ben has worked in the audiovisual industry in some form for more than 23 years. He has personally handled every step of a project, from bidding and procurement to installation and commissioning audio, video and show control systems. Currently, Ben is responsible for programming Medialon and Brightsign systems, commissioning projects and writing operations manuals for projects in museums and the corporate sector. However, his experience in all aspects of a project allows Ben to step out of his 'title role' and support the project when and where necessary. Ben's work is thorough and meticulous and he has always held a very high standard for his workmanship. Regional Service Technician View Bio Regional Service Technician Joey has more than 7 years’ experience in technical support roles, including 4 years in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. Although he is new to audiovisual, Thomas has almost 14 years' experience in Facilities Management and work as a Maintenance Technician. Thomas pays very close attention to detail and likes to make sure his work is good quality. Quality has become a mantra in his work. It's a reminder for Thomas to really dig deep into what he is working on and make sure he has done everything that is asked of him. Production Technician STARTer View Bio Project Manager Ryan is an innovative production and design leader with extensive experience leading global teams through large-scale, high-impact experiential projects. He led a team to design and implement a new parkwide entertainment system at Hong Kong Disneyland, one of the largest distributed audio systems in the world. Ryan has the skills and experience to analyze business and compliance requirements to create and implement technical solutions to drive team efficiency, reduce costs and deliver projects on time and within budget. He also focuses on user experience to ensure that adoption, use and ROI will be maximized. He carries out regular research on emerging technologies to ensure that Electrosonic designs represent the best available solutions. Senior Design Consultant View Bio Design Engineer Thomas works as a Project/Design Engineer within the Operations team. He is responsible for engineering audiovisual system projects in all of the company's vertical markets, including live performance, corporate environments, commercial industries, museums and amusement facilities. Thomas is responsible for system design and commissioning within budget to the satisfaction of our clients. He has experience in all facets of the audiovisual industry, including design, engineering, project management, support, sales and business management. His success in delivering projects has proved that Thomas is a solutions-focused self-starter with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across all levels to satisfy the client's needs. Design Engineer View Bio Site Supervisor Michael manages the daily tasks of leading an installation crew on site to complete the project. He acts as the interface with other trades on site and provides daily reports to the Project Manager on job progress. Michael brings more than 18 years' experience in the audiovisual industry and is very detail orientated. He is an approachable person who is easy to get along with, but strives to make everything right for the client's project. Michael frequently visits some of the projects he has worked on. Site Supervisor View Bio Installation Technician David brings a depth of education and hands-on audiovisual experience to his role as Site Supervisor. He has practical experience working with both analog and digital products, including audio, video and control systems and is always working to update his knowledge of products in the quickly changing audiovisual field. He is responsible for installation of audio and video equipment, control systems, cable terminations and testing of systems on site. David's installation experience includes video walls, audio systems, video displays, control systems, touch screen systems and racking. His aim is to see a finished project working, whether it's a boardroom, control room or an amusement park ride. Installation Technician View Bio Finance Administrator Joyce has worked for Electrosonic since 1982, first as the Purchase Ledger Clerk. She held that role for several years before being asked to become the Credit Controller. Again, she held that role for many years before changing to her current position as Finance Administrator. Joyce has worked in the accounts department of three companies ever since, with Electrosonic being number three. Although Joyce has no formal training for the job that she does, she has evolved her skills over the years that she has worked for Electrosonic. Joyce has basic day-to-day knowledge of accounts and common sense to do the job that is required of her. Finance Administrator View Bio Fabrication Engineer Mark brings more than 40 years' practical experience in fabrication and installation to his role as Fabrication Engineer. He has gained extensive installation experience on high-profile projects for museums and visitor centers, theatres and performing arts centers, theme parks and government buildings. Mark's daily role is troubleshooting drawing and connection issues, helping Engineers understand what detail and information is needed and providing general fabrication guidance. Mark pays great attention to detail - measure twice, cut once. He aims to leave a job site better than he found it and make a project come out better than anticipated. He asks questions and treats every project like it's his own. Fabrication Engineer View Bio Business Intelligence Analyst Felipe is a physics graduate who is currently pursuing a master's degree in management information systems. He has a background in statistics and programming and leverages this to create scripts to automate some work where it's redundant. Felipe's goal is to help Electrosonic make better data-driven decisions using his academic knowledge and practical experience of machine learning and neural networks. As a Machine Learning Research Assistant at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Felipe developed python scripts and a new supervised machine learning method using predictive analytics. He has developed strong skills in identifying patterns in data and creating visual models representative of large data sets to tell a story clearly. Business Intelligence Analyst View Bio Associate Engineer Hayden has spent nearly half of his life as a professional Audiovisual Technician spanning the gamut of environments. He has seen both the construction and installation side of audiovisual as well as production and execution, giving him a unique insight into a wide range of use cases. He is equally comfortable hooking up 200 amp feeder cable or working through content plans in a corporate boardroom. Hayden prides himself on possessing first-hand technical knowledge, empathetic and professional communications and a very high standard for all work that he does It's very important to him that his word and his work are trustworthy. Associate Engineer View Bio Visualization Engineer Tom has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 15 years with hands-on experience as a Technician and great skills as a Visualization Engineer. He has worked extensively in the entertainment industry with practical on-stage performance and production skills and experience in themed entertainment projects around the world. Tom has worked on many high-profile projects for Universal Studios in Japan, Orlando and Hollywood and has also been involved in museum and themed entertainment projects in the US and Middle East, including the worlds largest indoor theme park. As a Visualization Engineer, Tom is responsible for projector installation and alignment as well as warp projection, working with a wide range of media servers. Visualization Engineer View Bio Global Service Desk Analyst Will has a strong background in help desk support, audiovisual and video conference installation, networking, documentation and training, and event planning and coordination. As a student, he also worked in an audiovisual support role. This experience exposed Will to troubleshooting computers and providing support across a wide spectrum of issues, and he developed a passion for implementing new technology and delivering exceptional support to a diverse population.
